Suzy Kahati will talk about how to deal with a fluctuating income in a business. She will first provide an overview of the life cycle of a business and the different stages that businesses go through. Suzy will then focus on the first four stages of a business, which are where most mistakes are made, and will provide tips on how to avoid them. She will also discuss the importance of taking household finances into account when running a business, as not doing so is one of the main reasons why businesses fail. Suzy will explain how to handle household finances at each stage of the business cycle to avoid having to close the business.
